RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Maheer Selects, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be in the original packaging, where applicable.

• Include all accessories, tags, manuals, or other items supplied with the product.

• Not have been damaged, altered, washed, worn, or used after delivery.

• Meet any product-specific return requirements stated on the product page.

Certain products may be non-returnable where permitted by law, including products that are personalized, made to order, final sale, or otherwise identified as non-returnable on the product page.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs or video showing the product and packaging when appropriate.

We may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return is the result of our error or an item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, contact us before returning it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, been shipped, or otherwise become unavailable for cancellation.

If an order cannot be canceled, you may use the applicable return process after delivery.
